Daily Maintenance and Replacement of Fiber Laser Nozzle

Proper maintenance extends the service life of the nozzle and ensures processing stability. 

Root cause of the problem: After the laser beam deviates from its center, the laser spot continuously burns the inner wall of the nozzle. The high temperature continuously erodes the nozzle's metal structure, causing the nozzle to soften and deform rapidly.

Solution: Precisely calibrate the beam coaxiality to completely solve the optical path deviation problem; establish a daily nozzle cleaning procedure before startup and after production to promptly remove residual molten slag from the inner wall and prevent slag accumulation from exacerbating high-temperature burning; for daily high-power production, use high-temperature resistant, high-precision, thickened industrial nozzles suitable for long-term continuous processing conditions, significantly reducing the frequency of nozzle wear.
