Additionally, ensure that the lens mount and the installation area are clean to prevent dust from entering the optical system.

2, Proper Installation and Verification of Optical Alignment

During installation, the lens must be secured according to the orientation and assembly method specified for the equipment; avoid touching the lens surface. Once installed, verify that the lens is correctly positioned and firmly secured, and ensure that all relevant seals or positioning components are in proper condition.

3, Cleaning and Routine Maintenance

When cleaning lenses, use professional cleaning supplies. Wear finger cots or powder-free gloves during the process, and avoid touching optical surfaces with your bare hands. Additionally, refrain from dry-wiping or repeatedly rubbing the same area with force.

4, Routine maintenance should also include inspecting lens surfaces, monitoring the purity of assist gases, and checking for signs of aging in sealing rings (O-rings).  If significant contamination, scratches, or damage to the coating are observed, follow the equipment maintenance protocols to determine whether the lens should be cleaned, replaced, or subjected to further inspection.
